Community ManagerI'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
@EA_AljoIt didnt work i keep getting no server found and when i do connect, after a match im stuck in the connecting to lobby screen. Also if im in firing range and if i try to go back to lobby and cancel i see random players in my lobby or i joined their lobby idk wht thts all about

Thanks for trying. Next, I'd like you to use alternate DNS settings. Try following the instructions here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
- @EA_Aljo No it didnt work either i was able to play normally on the day season 9 launched this never happened to me before its frustrating when i have to close the app and start it again to join another match.
