Connection problems please help

Thanks for trying. Next, I'd like you to use alternate DNS settings. Try following the instructions here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

@EA_Aljo No it didnt work either i was able to play normally on the day season 9 launched this never happened to me before its frustrating when i have to close the app and start it again to join another match.

Thanks for letting me know. Next, try restoring the licenses with these steps. Also, rebuild your database with the instructions here.
