Hi, can I check your, platform, region and ISP? From what I'm seeing there's a regional component to this issue.
Thank you.
I'm having the same issue. Everytime I try to get into a match it just kicks me out into the main menu and says Connection rejected: invalid_token. I haven't been able to get into a single game since the Aftermarket update launched. Before the update, everything was just fine.
I'm from South Africa. On ps4 and my ISP is Telkom

Yup same here bru
- 5 years ago@MrStealMac Have u found a solution to the problem as yet ?

I am having the same invalid token message and i think it came because of crossplay because my friend has had the invalid token issue on his pc for a while before there was crossplay. I hope they fix it as soon as possible but they will probably only do it in a few weeks. Ffs
- 5 years ago@Jerbertin HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM:
As we all know ea has the worst servers in the gaming industry so ill just advice u to not use ur money on this crappy game and forget apex is a game remember that the game is dying of lack of content - 5 years ago@Jerbertin 4 days and no movement at all bro, its just unbelievably annoying
- 5 years ago@SabznELLIS22 They might aswell give an SA server while they at it....
- 5 years ago@MrStealMac You need to change your router settings, have been up the all night trying to fix this, create a new profile and On the APN put unrestricted, keep the game in cross play it'll work, let me know if it works for you..

Okay so my router does not support the ' unrestricted Apn' option, however:
I put my LTE sim into my phone as it is dual sim to use as a Hotspot, and did this- went to
-Connections, Mobile Network
-Telkom SA Internet ( name of your sim)
- Clicked on the little 'i' Icon next to it
-opens up a list of options for this sim,
-Set Apn to ' unrestricted'
-And left everything else exactly as it is. Keep the name as is, and the tabs that have been filled in as is, only change apn from 'internet' to 'unrestricted' then save.
-I've been able to play since.
( yes it's bs that we have to try and troubleshoot by ourselves and come up with temporary solutions, but at least this is something, now EA just needs to get their shxt in order)
Attached is a screen shot of what it'll look like

Summarized:
Put Sim into phone and use as Hotspot.
-Settings
-Mobile Network
-Acces Point names
-Click on The connected sim, eg 'Telkom internet'
-click on 'i' icon
-change APN to unrestricted
-leave everything else as is
-save settings.
-Connect PS4 to device's Hotspot, and happy gaming.
