Because they’re fixing code wheel right? Right!? Right!!! Just tell me I’ll be able to play again 😭
@EA_Kent It is 3rd day for me (since July 8th) with code:wheel and code:leaf in every single match. On July 7th I bought all the event packs to get a heirloom for around 150$. As I am not able to use the in-game stuff I paid for, I would like to recall my purchase. I am not sure if I will ever get back to this game again. Please point me the path I should go to get a refund. Thank you.

@EA_KentYou know, it's kinda not funny anymore how you guys just throw this "we're investigating" at us. This thread was created a week ago and still no result.
Just say that there will be no changes in the near future so people would stop hoping to play this game without being disconnected.
- 4 years ago@EA_Kent Hey Kent, looks like it has been solved already here on Tokyo 1 Server. I haven't tried singapore server yet since there's no player there haha....

Still getting same error on all EU servers.
Have tried again with restarting all networks settings but still getting disconnected after 2 minutes into any Apex game

I play on Singapore servers, and having code:wheel, code:leaf errors. Switch servers doesn't resolve issue.
Other games are working fine, no issue with my internet.

Can't even play a single match, even firing range kicks me out and gives these errors

Kent is doing something about that !
They have to investigate the origin of that error man
Could take time to fix that
Just fix it? its simple for you to say that, Unfortunately is not a simple error, respawn is having a attack of hackers, cheaters and titanfall fan.

- 4 years ago@Sora_chan298 @jinkproblenk you know what ??? after repeatedly crashed and get 10 minute penalty, i tried to join Tokyo GCE 3 server and got no problem with it....i guess this is just server problem...

@Solid_EXCIf a million dollar company getting their server hacked and DDOS'd at the same time, they really should've embarrassed for that.

- 4 years ago@EA_Kent Hello, Kent! You helped me with the infinte login bug, so I hope you can help my friend that have the problem of this thread. He doesn't speak english, and asked me to post.
His profile is Tipo-Zoro on PS4, he keeping disconecting in the middle of matches, some times in the beggining, other times towards the end.
After disconnect he gets a Connection to server has expired, and usually is the Code:Wheel, but some times other codes appear. Sometimes he gets abandonment penalty, and others he can even join another match, even if his character is showing playing with me.
He has the same problem in a alternate account, tried to change the DNS and the problem keepa happening. - EA_Kent4 years ago

Hey everyone,
Some updates went out recently that helped with these errors for a lot of people, but there are some who are still running into the same disconnections. We are still investigating these errors for those who are still affected.

For all who have code problems, try this, it worked like a charm for me, just tested it and 4 games now with none code what so ever...

Happy to say I haven’t disconnected once today, problem seems to be resolved on my PS5 😁

@EA_KentMany thanks, issue has been fixed on my end. (Also was having the issue originally on PC and my mate on his XBox)

Yes, looks like the problem was fixed. However, 100% cpu usage and game stuttering became worse after the code wheel fix. 5 out of 5 games are stuttering

penalty of 10 min
