Same problem here. It only happens in ranked games (luckily there is no impact on rank points). It can happen 3 or 4 times in a row. Sometimes I got disconnected on the first 5 minutes, sometimes it lasts longer before disconnecting which is so frustrating when there are less than 5 squads left...
Tried different connexions and it doesn't change anything.
Thanks for your helpi am having the same issue every time I try to play apex it kicks me out and says connection to server timed out it's been happening for 2-3 weeks Plz HELP
I've just had to stop playing - it no longer works ever. Perhaps I'll drop in and check to see if it works in 6 months or so but for now - so long Apex, it was good while it worked . . .
Pretty sure most of us here have tried this and NOTHING IS WORKING you guys better step up your game your gonna lose a lot of users who play apex. 😤
sorry I’m just really mad about this because I have been playing apex for 91 days and I love it but this I can’t even play it because of this bug so would you guys just look into it and try and fix it?
- @sniper110o i have the same problem, this is soo annoying and there is no fix that i can find...
Have played since season 1 and now I'm getting Code:net within a minute of the start of any game i'm in. I've reviewed all the normal things talked about in the check pages. Started 3/28/20 for me. At the start of the day I was fine toward the end of the day it started. I changed nothing. Checked for updates, drivers, firmware on all my devices, repaired game. Didn't help.
I have had this issue many times. Each time, no matter what I try, I cannot fix it on my own - it just ends up fixing itself eventually. Talked to support this morning and they told me to do this:
1. From the Xbox One home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings.) 2. From there, enter the Primary DNS as "8.8.8.8" and the Secondary DNS as "8.8.4.4"1. Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternative Mac Address > Clear 2. After this shut down the console, disconnect the power cord from the back of the Xbox One and wait two minutes. 3. Once the two minutes have passed, plug the power back in and wait for the power bricks light to go from White to Orange. 4. Once the brick is Orange, start your consoleThis is one of the 500 things I haven't tried so hopefully it works.I’m trying right now. I hope to god this works cuz I have a lot of money poured into my account....
- @cactidragon This didnt work. Idk what to do like why the hell haven’t they fixed this??? I’m so angry rn wtffff
