Consistent Lag -Xbox One

My game lags a lot, but it's definitely a problem on the game's end. My roommate plays on his Xbox on the same internet just fine, and when I get on, it's lag for days. No other game I play lags near...

No I haven’t noticed any difference I still can’t play with family on same network for some reason I was able to all the other seasons until now when reconnect was added

Do you have a PC by chance? If so let’s find out how your connection is reaching our servers. Can you run a UO Trace and screenshot me the results? Instructions are here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/.

@EA_Aljo No sorry I play Xbox we have 2 xboxes and like I said never had any problems til they added reconnect feature I remember someone on edit posting they had same issue albeit they were on WiFi, but same network on Xbox they lagged hard then switched bodies and

  I understand you play on Xbox, but that test needs to be run on a PC. As long as that PC is on the same network as your Xbox, the test gives us the same results. Regardless, without one, we'll have a harder time finding out what's causing this. Are you only having this problem when you try to play at the same time as someone else in your home?

    @EA_Aljo Yes I’m usually fine playing solo but when I part up with anyone in home that’s when it happens, again like I mentioned before we’ve played since season 2 for her and season 1 for me but never had this issue until season 5 and I believe around the reconnect feature time. I don’t have a pc though so I won’t be able to run that test sorry
