Contacting support with empty penalty history
I’m trying to reach support via the web form but it doesn’t allow me to email them like stated in the instructions. Anyone know how to fix or get into contact with support?

I have never made a ticket to support, and yes my steam account that I play on is linked to this ea account. I have no idea what to do. I’ve tried everything. I even launched the game on ea to make sure, but nothing shows up.

Community ManagerThat's all very odd then, because it sounds like there might not be anything on our end regarding a ban at all. For my sake, could you share a screenshot of what you see when you boot Apex up?
