Update, i just discovered that Apex/EA just doesn't let people who use AMD Phenom CPU users load the game. whether its because they don't want people on old CPU's to play with newer people, or if there is just no attempt on their part to allow compatibility, i don't know. What i do know is that I am uninstalling origin and apex since at this point its just taking up space. hopefully eventually there will be some attempt to fix the issue but until then I am not going to waste my time and disk space.
