crashes the game

I’ve already tried everything possible. I have the latest drivers, Windows is up to date, I ran it as administrator, adjusted the TDR settings, and set the power mode to "High Performance." I tried launching it via both Steam and the standalone launcher. I haven't had similar issues in other games. I’ve reinstalled it several times. All attempts have ben in vain. I’m using an Nvidia 4060 graphics card.

    Hey GermanPivo,

Thanks for confirming everything you've already tried. The error in the screenshot is a DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG crash, which occurs when the graphics device/driver stops responding to the game.

Since you've already covered the usual troubleshooting and updates we'd normally check, could you attach a DxDiag and let us know the exact NVIDIA driver version you're currently using? In the past we've seen certain situations where rolling back to an earlier driver helped resolve this type of error.

Also, if your RTX 4060 has any overclock or undervolt applied, including through software such as MSI Afterburner, please temporarily return it to stock settings and test Apex again.

That should help narrow down whether Windows is recording a display-driver or GPU failure alongside the crash, thanks!
