I keep getting an error message when I open Apex through Steam. It says my credentials have expired and that I need to reset my password. I've reset it over 10 times now but it continues to show me the error screen.

Just to clarify, have you reset the password for your EA account specifically, not your Steam account where you play?
If that message is still popping up for you afterwards, please contact support directly so they can take a closer look at the account to help out.
Yes, I reset my password for my EA account several times. Still no luck. I've seen other peoples posts about this issue but haven't seen any solutions.

Same issue, can’t seem to contact support. Someone give me a link that doesn’t bring me right back to here?! I have a pop up saying expired credentials and a partially redacted email address stating disabled. How do I contact support??
