Credentials Expired

I keep getting an error message when I open Apex through Steam. It says my credentials have expired and that I need to reset my password. I've reset it over 10 times now but it continues to show me the error screen.

  • Yes, I reset my password for my EA account several times. Still no luck. I've seen other peoples posts about this issue but haven't seen any solutions.

  • @bdog410 When this happened to me it turned out that my account was deactivated. Are you coming back after not playing for a while?
  • @bdog410 I was able to chat with support but I wasn't able to reactivate my account. I tried every email I could think of and nothing. I ended up linking my Xbox to a new EA account. Unfortunately, that lead to a different bug that locks you out of the legends tab, battle pass, store etc. So just be aware that if you end up moving your steam account to another ea account it could cause this bug.

    Same issue, can’t seem to contact support. Someone give me a link that doesn’t bring me right back to here?! I have a pop up saying expired credentials and a partially redacted email address stating disabled. How do I contact support??
