Cross progression and new xbox problem

Hello i met a big problem and I need your help please :
-I just switch from PS4 to XBOX 1 month ago

-I first made an account on XBOX with logging with my OLD PS4 EA ACCOUNT, I saw I was level 0 as a new account and it's normal because Cross progression wasn't ready.
- So I made a new account XBOX to play with .
- In this new account XBOX I buy the ultimate gamepass and begin to level up a fresh new account on APEX with a fresh NEW EA Account.

Now Cross progression is here and I wanted to just UNLINK my new EA account that Is link to my ultimate game pass account and link my Xbox account with my OLD EA ACCOUNT and so get back my PS4 apex progression.

OR this is impossible to unlink and link to another account with apex

And when I'm trying to connect on my first xbox account who is linked with my old EA account I have NOTHING not any message or something to make the cross progression work.
How must I do ??

Hey @TotoGigaChad,

Just to clarify, it sounds like you currently have two different EA accounts that look like the following, is that right?

EA account #1: PS4 account, old Xbox account

EA account #2: New Xbox account

In this situation, you would not be able to unlink the new Xbox account and link it to EA account #1, as it has already had another Xbox account linked. This will not be eligible to have a different Xbox account linked, even if you were to unlink the old one.

For Cross Progression however, this is rolling out in waves so not everyone will see it immediately. If you have old Xbox and PSN accounts on the same EA account, I would avoid moving or unlinking them so you don't lose that progress.

You will see a splash screen similar to the one below confirming your account has been migrated once this takes place.

There rolling out cross progression in batches so there no problems with you will eventually get a in-game message letting you know its available for your account

Okay but so while waiting for this to come , if I play on my new account I was leveling up , HOW can I know when it will be available ?
That's stupid..
also is there any way to link my old account on my new xbox account or I'm stuck ?

What if I UNLINK my Playsatation account and link it into the same EA account on my new xbox account ?

I already unlink then relink my xbox live account on my old EA account because I tried to connect with my new xbox on my old EA account and it says me about the fact that we can only link with one
So i link back my old EA account with my old xbox account

Is there any way to FUSION 2 EA account into one ?

What should I do now ? ..

I now have my new account on xbox with my Level 41 account of apex
And my level 1 apex account on one other Xbox account.( link to old PS4 account also)

Hi @TotoGigaChad,

There is not a way to transfer any progress between two separate EA accounts, sorry.

If you unlink your PlayStation account from the old EA account, you will lose that progress and only have access to whatever content you've earned on the new EA/Xbox account.

Okay i have link back my first xbox account one the same EA account as the old PS account
So now what should I do ? just wait ?

i have same problem i tried to link my PSN account to steam account and now my steam account is in apex legends level 1. I lost all my badges and everything on apex. when i contacted to ea chat they said everything is fine and Cross-proggresion is not enabled yet and i have to wait few hours!

same here i linked my xbox acct to my steam and ea and not at level 1 with nothing i purchased or badges showing and back to level 1 from 500

@TotoGigaChad I did this as well getting ready for crosss progression and apparently there is no way to recover it. Once you unlink your PS account from an EA and link it to another... you've basically just lost everything on that PS account even if you link it back to original EA account it was with...Im absolutely gutted. I basically wiped my account by trying to make sure I wasnt going to lose anything lol. THanks EA
