@Q_Kopia they have already stated that there will be no credit or refunds for existing items that exist in both accounts.
Well that doesn't really support us in this situation at all...
As a fan and avid player of the game, this goes directly against us and has to be in violation of some kind of consumer right.
I paid on average 100s of dollars for those heirlooms/pred skins because cross progression wasn't promised... Just to have them tell me "tough luck"
Maybe if I was pressed about all the duplicates the bs. NO I'm not I'm talking about heirlooms and predskins.
This or decision by EA is totally unacceptable and I hope others in my scenario feel the same way. I'll figure something out while theres time before EA forces my accounts to merge. There's no way I'm about to lose those hundreds of dollars and multiple hours and not have anything for the time and money spent...
Those isn't directed at you to the person I believe this is replying to your just a player like me this is more for those EA folks preparing the thread.
- 2 years ago@Q_Kopia Exactly same situation really and have been told to 'suck it up' basically.
Pretty poor way to treat customers. It will affect people who have put the most money into the game the most too. - 2 years ago
@no1monkeyman @If I may know, who exactly told you to suck it up

exactly this... since i sold my PS5 and switched to PC i was hoping for cross progressing for a long time.
And now its finally here i cant.
Spend loads of money on packs and skin in PS and i wish i got all my old skins back but in no way EA is flexible to get this done.
