Cross progression deleted old account

I had my Xbox account under my EA account, but when I signed into that account on my pc and linked my steam account, it deleted my apex progress from my Xbox account and just gave me a brand new account. I waited because I thought maybe I hadn't received cross progression yet, but when I did receive it nothing changed. I tried logging into my account on my Xbox and my account had nothing on it there either.

I had signed into my EA account on PC before Cross-progression was announced, and linked my steam well before October 26th, I don't understand why my account has been reset, as the EA account was tied to the Xbox account before the steam link.

    It looks like your Xbox account may have been linked to a different account previously. You could try relinking it to the previous account to restore your content. If you don't have access to the previous account, or don't recall what it is, open a case with an advisor here so they can assist. Thank you.

    My playstation account has 2000+ hours play time. But my pc and xbox had combined maybe 300.
    Why i m merging with lowest play time account ?
    I lost my every progression.
    30k+ kills, all my s0-s19 stats, all battle pass badges, 4k badges, 20 kill badges, pred badges, and some skins.
    Why my pred charm and pred dive trail still in my account but other stats are not ?

    @FABUL1Ss 

    Even though you played more on your PS account, it was largely/primarily/mostly from before we updated the level cap to 500. That's why the Xbox account was chosen as the primary.

    Which skins are you missing? It's possible those were platform specific so you won't have access to them on Xbox.

    @EA_Aljo I don t care the skins i can buy them back.

    I want my progress, stats, 4k Damage badges, 20 kill badges.
    And I remember 1 streamer get this problem and devs fixed too.

    Streamer name is "kine"

    My friend had the same problem and he reach devs and they fixed.

    I grind this game for rank and good play not the skins. I don t care my kunai, I don t care my xbox or pc account.

    You guys can delete this 2 account i just want my playstation account.

    We're looking in to badges that are not obtainable in-game anymore. Unfortunately, we're not able to return your progress otherwise.

    It was a different issue with that streamer. They legitimately had the wrong level account used as the primary, but that's not the case with your account.

    I see many people on Twitter having the same problem.
    Why there is no account select option?

    or i don't want cross progression option

    I just don t get it.

    Why i wanna play this game now ? For just skins ?

    First they lied with Battlefield 2042 i bought that game 70$ pre order. And yeah... Now they deleted my main apex progress... Great.

    Same here, Playstation amount has hundreds of hours, while my pc account had Maybe 50 and it was chosen as the primary account. It removed my playstation account on my ps5 aswell and replaced it with my pc account

    bruh im having the same problem ☹️ been back and forth with EA help and everytime im told the same thing, go to form or ask for help again

    then they say to unlink but the they wont let you unlink for months!! now i gotta wait 5 months to unlink to hope i get my stuff back

    Same with me, i haven't touched that old acc for 3 years and i was level 891 back then, so many red shards so many sklins, so much time of my life invested for nothing literally.
