Cross progression issue on apex xbox to pc

After cross progression released my account cross progressed to my level 1 pc account instead of sharing my Xbox account's progress to my pc. I tried unlinking and re-linking but it hasnt done anything. All my * is lost and i have been grinding since s0 so im pissed. if anyone else had this issue and knows how to fix it please help.

    Hey @Okumisu,

    Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress. It sounds like that may be what happened here. Was your Xbox previously linked to a different EA account before linking it here?

    To correct that you would need to re-link your Xbox account to the original EA account where the progress was made. That progress cannot be transferred or merged to a different EA account.

    We have some additional information about this particular situation in our blog and guides below, but if you have any issues re-linking your accounts please reach back out to support so they can help get your platform account back to its original EA account.
     
  • i dont have access to my skins on xbox or pc
    my xbox and pc are both on my pc account that had 0 levels or skins
    and my skins from my xbox account are gone (skins and levels from all the way back in s0 so im pissed)
    i also dont remember having xbox connected to another account but ill look around

    Hi @Okumisu,

    Just to clarify a bit further, this EA account launched Apex on Xbox for the first time shortly after our Cross Progression announcement last year.

    Since you've mentioned playing since the beginning, that must have been previously connected to a different EA account, which is where you'd want to re-link these platforms to try restoring access to that earlier content.

    @Okumisu 

    You can follow the steps from my first post, or if you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.  

  • Hi I’ve had a similar issue but I’ve only had an Xbox account and everything that I’ve done in the last 2 months at least has now disappeared and I’ve gone down a level and all the games I’ve played in season 20 have now disappeared. I’ve tried to contact EA but the live chat option only goes up in the wait time and I can’t find an email address to ask for support what do you suggest I do?
