Cross progression not working
I have gotten the pop up about cross progression a day or 2 ago clicked on merge accounts but haven’t received any of my skins from my pc to my Xbox account both accounts are linked under the same ea...
As far as Apex Coins, I'm seeing 375 on the Xbox account prior to the merge, and it looks like that was used recently to pick up a few packs in-game. Fortunately it doesn't look like anything went missing there. Similarly for the Legend Tokens and Crafting Mats, what was on Xbox appears to have carried over successfully.
It looks like this particular PC account only had one skin prior to the merge as far as our records can tell, with your Xbox account having most of your collection, which seems to have carried over from what I can tell.
Are you on PC and not seeing any Xbox skins?
Yes and on my pc I have more than 1 skin I have around 20 maybe and my legend tokens haven’t carried over from as far as I can tell
Sorry @lShifxy, for this PC account created just before Cross Progression, I'm not seeing any of that prior to the merge, however you should have access to the merged content from Xbox while playing on PC now.
Did you have any other PC accounts you may have used in the past as well?

No worries @lShifxy, glad we figured out what was causing this.
Since that is on a separate EA account there wouldn't be a way to combine the progress unfortunately. Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
So, if you moved your Xbox from this account to the EA account that has your PC progress, you would lose the Xbox progress. There wouldn't be a way to have both from different EA accounts entirely, sorry.
