Hey CaliboyKillz24,
If you check your Connected Accounts page, do you see your Steam and Xbox accounts linked to the same EA account? Are you launching Apex using that same Steam account? Since progress is stored at the EA account level, your platform accounts need to be connected to that same EA account to access it.
Have you unlinked your Xbox or Steam accounts from the EA account they were originally linked to? If so, your best chance of restoring lost progress would be to relink your platform to its original EA account. If you've already re-linked the original accounts and the progress has not returned, it would be lost permanently per the risks of unlinking and unfortunately cannot be recovered.
