Hello and good evening I was playing Apex Legends on PS4 on this same account But I went to PC and my items didn't come Can you help me?

Hey Parsadigily,
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. If you unlink any platforms from your EA account, it can damage that link and cause issues accessing that progress.
It does look like multiple accounts have been unlinked repeatedly here, which may be why you're running into this. We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform can be re-linked.
