I need link ps account to xbox but no can??? I need to unlink xbox account but lost the email. Can someone help me link my accounts?

Please see our account linking details here for more information on how to link a platform to your EA account.
Keep in mind that progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress. There is not a way to transfer your progress between separate accounts.
If you've lost access to an account, please contact support directly so they can take a look at getting your access restored.
