zachkol Unfortunately since this is an account related issue, it cannot be handled on the forums.
I have tried for hours with customer support, and nothing has come from it except that "we are unable to verify the ownership of your account," even though I am logged in on the other screen as we speak, so how can you not verify?
I have no clue what information the EA Support Team is missing, but I do know that if they are unable to verify the ownership of the account, they won't be able to give you access to the account.
Note: I do not work for EA or for Respawn, I am a volunteer.
