CrossPlay Help
Recently, I have gotten back into Apex. I have the Xbox I used back in the day to play that has all my progress, but now I have a PC and want to cross-play. When I tried to connect the Xbox account to EA, it said it was already paired and that I would have to unlink it first. U have no memory of this email nor do i have any access to it. I have tried for hours with customer support, and nothing has come from it except that "we are unable to verify the ownership of your account," even though I am logged in on the other screen as we speak, so how can you not verify? Why, if I state that "I do not have the email," do they ask whether I remember it? Clearly not; otherwise, I would have fixed this easily. Anyway, is there any support phone or higher-ups I can contact because this customer support is horrendous? Thank you.
