@EA_Kent Hi I’m having the same issue as a lot of people where I can’t play with other console players and I’ve just checked the privacy settings on my Xbox account which is enabled to crossplay. Can you look into this, my account name is Setab

Hey @setab1991,

Were you able to try any of the previous troubleshooting steps that I mentioned before in this thread? Is the same issue still happening after that?

Similar issue. We have a gold account which can find and receive crossplay friend requests fine. We have an associated xbox account which cannot find or receive crossplay friends. The associated xbox account is on it's own EA account and is an unrestricted adult account on xbox. No idea why this doesn't work.

  Just to confirm, have you checked all the privacy settings on the other account to make sure it's set up to allow crossplay and invites? Also, are you playing on an Xbox One, or is this a Series X/S?
