Data Center Automatically Switching to Other Side of the World

The game is automatically connecting me to servers on the opposite side of the world.  I live in England so my data center should automatically go through the London one which I have <20ms ping for....

Yep same for me, Singapore data centres all night, the red clock icon didn't go.
