Data Center info gathering thread.

Hi, we're seeing some players reporting that they appear to be assigned to an incorrect data center, experiencing high in-game latency, and who are reporting players from other regions in their games...

i can play on 0 packet loss 24 ping and the game lags feels like your player won't move around smoothly like its had a big dinner and is wearing iron boots. i check before i play that im in a london server as i live in england uk. you really need to communicate more with your player base as to what you know and what your doing about it.
