Apex Legends not using GPU

the game is not using my GPU (Nvidia 940MX)which it does before, but all of a sudden it just stops using it and started using my integrated graphics card (intel HD) which makes the game to lag. I have tried all i could and it didn't still work. does anyone have the same problem?
