Day 3 of reporting unplayable ranked games

I can’t play ranked because the packet loss is insane. I understand they made changes to make rank have less cheaters but I never cheat I don’t understand why my account is so laggy when I play. Pleaseeeeee help. This happened last season as well. It makes it so frustrating to play with my friends when I’m the only one lagging like crazy when we play ranked.
