Desync/aim assist input bug?
Every time I load into Apex Legends, the red packet loss icon shows up and my debug ID is stuck at 5/7 or lower This causes the whole game to feel off — aim assist barely works, movement feels delayed, and desync is very noticeable.
What I’ve Tried:
- Reinstalling the game
- Disabling crossplay
- Switching DNS
- Changing data centers
- Creating a new account
- Clearing saved data
- Rebuilding database (on PS5)
- Testing internet (no packet loss on other games)
None of these fixed the issue. Please look into this — it’s been ongoing and seems to affect many players.
