Did not receive apex coins

I purchased $60 worth of apex coins through steam and have not received them yet. I was charged by steam to my bank and that transaction went through. Then Apex took the money out of my steam wallet...

Well that's sad... Which means the EA guy from support gave me the wrong solution.

I couldn't try yet since the game is still downloading :-/

@NRF_MOZMBIQ thank you for trying. Guess that means support just simply lied to me because they we're like 100% certain this would work.

Support just lied to me too bro.
Yesterday I spoke with 3 agents and basically two of them were saying that in 24 hours I don't get the coins I should re-open the chat and let them now and they will manually add the coins.
The 3rd guy said they can't do that LOL

@mefe666I thought the "24 hours" is from the date and time the transaction was made.

@mefe666 how are you getting the option to contact chat? I have created 2 tickets and only get email as an option. It's been more than 24 hours and the coins are still missing
