Hey, I just found this thread. You mention ongoing issue since the launch of Season 22, someone else in the comments mentions missing S13.
They deleted the original thread but it has been an issue since 2021 and I'm still checking in for the Season 12 badge. Hundreds of people have had this issue. Apex pro/streamer HisWattson also had this issue happen to him, and last I've heard they still haven't fixed it for him.
The last update we got was on that deleted thread from EA_Mako in late 2024 I think. I think it's unbelievable that they haven't handed out the correct ranked rewards to players. But it's comical that that issue is still happening to people like you, as recently as last ranked season🤯🤯
I mean, why grind for pred when it's RNG if you get your rewards or not?
