Don't waste your time with support. They told me, "Just wait because it's a known issue and it's not officially announced yet. You need to wait at least 24 hours". OHhhh I do? SO helpful, when you could just go right ahead and credit me the 2k coins right now since it's fake currency anyhow and you literally lose nothing and gain the sole living person on planet that thinks your company has good customer support.
Yeah, told me to wait 24 hours as well. Someone on reddit said they were credited the coins through their account by messaging the EA Help facebook page so trying that.

I tried that. They are now saying to wait 24 hours as well
i bought both editions too and didnt get any coins from it either. The same thing happened to my friend. He go just the lifeline copy and didnt receive his coins. I contacted EA support and surprise surprise, they cant do anything. Just said wait and do not worry!

Sometimes there is a syncing issue and then coins aren't given directly to the user's account but after re-logging or in rare cases coins don't appear for the user.
Coins should appear within 24 hours of buying / redeeming the content.If you haven't received the coins after 24 hours.
You can contact an EA advisor and they will look into this case.

Select Apex Legends, then the platform you are using.
Here you will find the missing content and then Never received content
Now select the contact method you prefer and an advisor will assist you with your problem.so its been 24 hours and my coins are still MIA. EA support is still giving the same useless response "its a known issue and we are working on it and you just need to be patient". Any suggestions on how to fix this? I would have thought that the best resolution would be to take care of the customer immediately by giving them a 1000 or 2000 coin code to they get take care of as soon as possible and then the "tech team" has all the time they need to resolve the issue.
It's been 24 hours and now they're telling us to wait longer. This is ridiculous. I hope EA realizes that advertising something and not delivering the goods is false advertising and against the law. Also, way to avoid responding to every EA person who reads this.
Apparently, the EA Help person on facebook, Scooter, credited the account of someone with the coins after they provided proof of the ownership of their account and proof of purchase. Now they don't want to do that. At least the official EA support won't. Scumbag move, EA.
I'm having this issue too. Support wasn't helpful for me either. I hope they get this fixed for everybody soon.
I wonder if it's only affecting the PC version. I feel like I've only seen people with the PC version mention this problem. I got the Bloodhound edition.same here, no coins

EA Help"I've bought 4 Apex coin packs over the last month, my card has been charged and I haven't received coins four different times. Now the way I've been dealing with it is to just get a refund from Microsoft. Except you can only do that 3x. So when I got denied a refund from Microsoft the last time this happened, they told me to contact EA.
So I just got off the phone with Nishar A. from the support center. HE JUST TOLD ME THEY ARE UNABLE TO ADD COINS AND TO CALL MICROSOFT. WHEN I EXPLAINED THAT THIS WASNT AN OPTION (used my refunds already) I ASKED TO SPEAK TO HIS SUPERVISOR, I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR AN ADDITIONAL 10 MINS, AND THEN WAS HUNG UP ON. I AM SO PISSED THAT I MADE AN ACCOUNT ON HERE TO ADDRESS THIS *. NISHAR's POST CALL EMAIL IS PASTED TO THE TOP.
