Difference between the rare and the common apex pack

Hello, i would like to know which is the difference between the rare and the common apex pack? Both have a guranteed rare or better skin? Translated: at least one rare or better object per pack...

@AxeIVoss Our FAQ here may have better answers for the pack probability, But Apex Packs will give at least an item (not necessarily a skin) of the same type of rarity with a chance of giving a higher rarity item as well.

So Rare pack will give at least a rare item, Epic Packs will give at least an epic item, and so on. If your unsure which pack you may have to open, Rare will have the basic skin, Epic will have a purple-based skin, and legendary will have the gold/yellow-based skin.
