Direct X crashes game when booting up.

Hi whenever I launch apex and it is in its loading stage on easyanticheat it gives me this error 

error number 1

As well as this I analysed the dump file (I attached the file below)

I've tried reinstalling , repairing the game, forcing the game in -dx11 but dx11 dosent even appear in the apex folder

Ive also attacked my dx diag below for more information.
