Disconnect: Steam ID mismatch

Hello, I previously played Apex Legends on Steam-PC. I recently reinstalled the game, but now when I launch it, I'm asked to log in again. After logging in, I receive the following error:

"Disconnect: Steam ID mismatch." I've already confirmed that the correct EA account is linked to my Steam account, but the issue still persists.
