Disconnect with code wheel, leaf and cloud in succession

I'm playing on xbox series x, and for about the last season and a half I've been getting booted from matches with code wheel, then when I try to sign back in I get code leaf, followed by code cloud the next time. After that, I can sign in, but it will never put me back in my match and I get an adandon penalty and matchmaking delay. I have tried forwarding all the recommended ports on my router and am still having the issue. Any ideas?

Thanks for giving that a shot.

Can we also try setting a static IP for your Xbox to see if that helps? The Port Forward website has some instructions on how to set that up. If you're able to give that a shot please let me know if you're still seeing any disconnections afterward. Thanks again!

I have the same problem. I got penalized 3 times in one day for code cloud. I try playing games with my brother from the same house, and one of us gets kicked out. It's random who gets kicked, but its always code "Leaf"

Hey all,

Thank you for the updates!

Just to confirm, what type of network connection are you currently using? Are you using wifi, or is it a network cable? If you're using wifi would it be possible to try connecting with a network cable instead to test and see if the same error is still happening?

Do you have any other Gamertags on your Xbox? If so, what happens if you try launching Apex Legends from a different account? I am curious if you only see these errors on a specific account, or if it happens with any accounts on the same console.
