Disgusting censorship mechanism and TOS team

Anyway, I want to reiterate that just because I played the game a few times on a public computer in an Internet cafe, I have no idea how the damn hacker was able to bypass my Steam token verification...

The EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help you directly with account-related issues, such as bans, only the TOS team can help you.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times.

@297496608 Yes, EA is so unreasonable. Their TOS team and customer service staff will never check the information provided by the player. The cheating team just wants to quickly end the online complaints of banned users instead of carefully reviewing user data to help banned users undo wrong bans. If your appeal limit exceeds three times, I suggest you find BBB to help you continue appealing, maybe The wrong ban on your account will be canceled. Of course, if you check the posts of other users in the community, you will find that a large number of innocent users have been banned because they killed the AFK robot. This situation has been happening for three years this year until now , stupid TOS team, stupid anti-cheat system
