displaying wrong rank in stats

For some reason apex is displaying the wrong rank in my stats, im currently masters but it displays that im still Diamond 2 in my stats. Does anyone have a fix for this?

What is this really I’m pred yet spilt two gold4? And spilt 1 tells me I’m diamond 4?
