displaying wrong rank in stats

Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? The bug occurs in the lobby 
Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Season 16 Rank Stats
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Looking at stats, any time in the lobby
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Probably
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? None
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Today, April 4th 2023
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay, might cause severe problem with end of the season rank rewards
What happens when the bug occurs? In my rank stats it shows D3, however I reached the Masters in Split 1. Also I got demoted to Gold 4 in Split 2 (I should be Platinum 2 instead).
What should be happening instead? It should show the Masters symbol, but instead shows the D3 symbol in the rank stats.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, maybe checking my rank stats in the database

Please, fix this bug ASAP. Expecially beacuse I spent so much time in grinding to Master in Split 1, and I don't have time in the Split 2 to try to reach it again. So, if the bug won't be fixed, at the end of the season I will not get the rewards that I deserve.
