As far as I know, they do not get deleted.
Keep in mind that tracker apps fetch data via unofficial methods, they are not reliable in any way to confirm whether or not an account exists (or even exists to begin with)
Their systems likely require players to actively play with those accounts to keep them stored in their databases, though it's not really an indication of anything happening to your PSN account.
