Drop Fps

Hello, my game is experiencing a drop in fps while playing, my PC spec is i3gen 14 rtx 3070, in the game the fps drop can be at 40-50 low graphic settings, why is that??, in other games I can play at high graphic settings with high fps too, and in this game alone I experience a drop in fps, pls help me, this is my new PC WHY??? CAN THIS HAPPEN
