I am only using the ASUS AI Suite in Performance Mode (there are also Auto, Power Saving and Away Mode beside it).
I haven't been keeping an eye on my temps however after one Apex session, when going back to desktop and browsing, my temp is going down very slowly and I can hear my fans spin up and down while opening tabs etc. Then it's around 50-60C for about 10-20 minutes.
Can you recommend a program that logs CPU temps on a graph so I can check them after a session of Apex?
I'm afraid I can't make any particular recommendations myself. I know there's a lot of different programs out there, so it may just come down to doing a search to find one that has what you're looking for.

Hmm, depending on your CPU it might be throttling if it's going over 75-80°C. Some of them don't start throttling until hotter temperatures, though, so it can vary. What about your GPU temperatures? How are they looking?

@EA_KentMy CPU is an i7-4790K so the OC version that I didn't even OC. And I recently (about 1-2 months ago) changed the thermal paste on it (I use a Corsair H105 AIO) because of the fans spinning up and down when browsing but only right after I end my Apex session for up to 10-20 minutes.
I haven't monitored my GPU temps but I doubt it has anything to do with the bug because it was happening on my old GPU. To make it clear:
ASUS GTX970 STRIX
1. April 2019 - October 2019 - everything fine until one patch
2. October 2019 - November 2019 - DXGI DEVICE REMOVED errors
3. November 2019 - December 2019 - everything fine
Changed cards right at the start of January
Gainward GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER Phantom
4. January 2020 - Season 4 - everything fine
5. Season 4 - first weeks - DXGI DEVICE REMOVED errors
6. S4 next weeks - Season 5 - everything fine
7. Season 5 starts - DXGI DEVICE REMOVED errors
The dates are rough estimates when I named months but I wanted to outline specific periods. Notice that I had no problems for most of the time in 2019. The DXGI errors lasted only for 2-4 weeks and started right after some major patches.
I can get back with the temps but the irregularities point to something else - especially since I could clearly see a surge in Reddit posts about those errors when I had them and didin't see that many outisde of those periods. And I was an avid Reddit user in between half of 2019 through Feb 2020 so I saw all the Code:Leaf, Net and any other errors.
