EA account (banned) is linked to foreign email done by hacker.

I've been playing Apex Legends since its first few months, and I gotta say its one of the most fun and engaging battle royals I have ever played. But one unfortunate day, my steam got hacked and the hacker (with a .ru email) went inside my game library and decided to use hacks (he apparently hacked in csgo and now I have an irreversible vac ban). One of those games where he hacked was Apex Legends and I was malding because of the time, effort, and money I used to play in that account, and in the downtime, I just stopped thinking about the game.

Fast forward to one year, my attention caught Apex again because I found a dedicated aisle just for Apex in Japan and I thought to myself, why not try retrieving that account back. So I did, I filed a help case, and it really wasn't that helpful because the moderators weren't really addressing the issue I had and it really shut down my hopes. After a few months at around August of 2024, I just decided that I would install apex and see what I would do if I was still banned. The game was patching, and I left it be to do something else while waiting. When I went back I was actually shocked and in disbelief that I was already in the home screen and I was really excited of playing. Since then I played regularly, I even played at around 6am to 12 midnight just playing Apex.

Just to get things straight, I want the EA Apex account to be linked to my current email address used in Steam and to be unbanned because I wasn't even the one who did the hacking, I'm just one of the victims who unfortunately got chosen to be hacked. I don't know what else I need to prove, I've got a lot of recent screenshots of my rank-ups and wins in the past few days, I don't know how those are gonna help.

And by the way, I live in the Philippines. Before anyone says anything, what the heck am I even gonna do with an email that has an ".ru" in the end?
