EA account is linked to b0*****@disabled.ea.com so I cant unlink it

I've had a support ticket open for days about this. The person who responded said they can unlink my account from that disabled email but has not responded since, which has been days. Anyone know a way I can contact support?

I am on their help page, and there is no "live chat" or email options available. Every link I click takes me to the same web page that provides zero help. I just want to talk to someone at EA help to get my account unlinked.

    Hey @CigsInside42069,

    What options are you using when trying to create a new case?

    If you're unable to resume a case from your case history page here, try using the specific options below.

    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take another look.
  • I went through the link that you attached when I first submitted my case. It says my case is "in progress", but when I click on the case, there is a prompt for me to "resume case", not really sure what is going on with that. Its been a few days since I got a response and nothing has changed, my old account is still linked to a disabled email. I just need someone at EA to unlink my Xbox account from my disabled EA account.

    There is also no option for a live chat or anything. I went to Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information and there is no option to create a case and I do not see anyway to get in touch with support.

    I see the EA community team does not understand what is going on with the help page either. Makes sense.
