My Account got reset on Apex Legends, everything were gone i've been playing on and off but quit after Horizon came out for a season. When i redownloaded the game today it redirect me to create new account or login with the same email and i did sign in with my steam account that have my items before.
And i've just notice that this EA account is actually my account but all the items were gone the name was the same as before i might have a screenshot or something lying around to prove my identity
some screenshot back in 2019 when i livestream on my facebook i can link you to my stream to prove my identity as well
well if someone got lost in here and know how to contact actual EA human support please do tell i'm out of option here thankyou in advance.

I haven't played the game since 2019-2020 (After season 6 or 7) because my PC cant handle the game now that i have new PC i tried playing the game again and all progress were gone, it's the same account same email it even have my 1st ever registered name on the account on my EA account and it have old customer supports that i created from 2020 as well. I don't know how to contact Human Support because there's no redirect link that said " Chat with us " anymore in EA support so this is my last resort pretty much.. i still have my old livestreams i did on my facebook from 2019 on Origin app i think.
It's the same account same email i used to play on 2019-2020 so i don't think it's a unlinking problem that people have on xbox i don't know what else i could try

I've never change my email and never unlinked anything it's all in one account which is my main email that i've been using to play Apex on Origin app since the game launch until i quit during season 6-7 i can't get help on reddit they just removed my question about my problem so please if there's a way do tell me.

Well, i found a way to make a case but it didn't help. They didn't contact me once and my data is still gone but the case status is " Fixed " this is some *.
Why is my case not being solve and it's stated " Fixed " in the case status? EA is just not doing their work do they. My items are still missing i have to file in new case and wait for it to be " Fixed " again or what? I've not gotten 1 email back from EA how is my problem Fixed.
@5qastcq06vqc As mentioned by @OldTreeCreeper, this type of issue sadly cannot be resolved on the forums due to it being an account-related issue.
If you haven't already, look over the support article shown in @OldTreeCreeper's screenshot, (or click here to jump to that article), in the meantime while you wait on EA Support.
The "waiting on player" part usually means they had sent out an email asking you additional questions. You should be able to reply to the email that was sent out to you. You can also head over to your cases, and click on the case that's waiting on your response, then click on "resume case". (From my experiences, when I click on "resume case", it looked like its opening up another case. This seems to be intended if it happens to you).
So, if you had gotten an email response asking additional questions, (such as the platform you're playing on and your username), this is what you would either reply back with to the email that was sent out to you or on your resumed case after you had clicked on "resume". If you didn't get an email from EA, check your spam folder. If you still don't have an email from EA, you should be able to reply to your open case and ask for an update.
Also, your account progress is stored on your EA account, (not on your console account). This means that if you had unlinked your accounts at any point, it could cause some data loss and relinking might not restore the progression. You can read more about cross progression in Apex Legends, here.
If you logged into Apex Legends on console and you didn't link it to your EA account, this might be the issue as well.
To check to make sure your accounts are linked correctly:
- Log into your EA account here: myaccount.ea.com
- Scroll down and click on "connections" on the left hand side
- Check your linked accounts
If no account is linked for your console, click on "link" and then link your account. If the wrong account is linked, you would have to contact EA Support about the linked account.
As for Reddit, the best place to report bugs and other issues would be here on AHQ. (Do know that at some point, AHQ will be moved over to the EA Forums. You can read more about this change here).
Again, all account-related issues cannot be helped with on AHQ and on the EA Forums as these issues will have to go through EA Support at help.ea
There is no Email asking for more information regarding the problem i have. There's only bot noreply one kept sending me on Trash email so how am i suppose to answer them?
