EA account not permitted to play online after the cross progression update xbox

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. When i just loaded the game and started to sign in
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Signing into apex
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? I cant remember
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) it started after the apex cross progression update came out
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot sign in to my EA Apex account, and it says that my profile cannot play online. I have checked my ea accounts, and there are no bans, suspensions or server problems, so I am very worried. Sometimes, it allows me to load in; however, I cannot load into any game mode, including the firing range. In addition, it doesn't allow me and my friends to join and play with one another; when I check how many people are in my lobby, it says '0'.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to load in without any problems, play any game mode and be able to accept and invite my friends toplay
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to log in to apex on xbox
It says unknown as well on my apex profile in-game

To confirm do you have a connection issue with any other EA game, or another online game?
Also, if you have not can we try the following steps?
- Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
- Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
- Check for updates
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
@DermyC95 To confirm are you on a Series X as well, and have you gotten the message for Cross Progression?
