ea account

So I made my EA account back in middle school and now I'm an adult. Recently, when I was trying to play Apex Legends, I tried logging in but it said my credentials expired and that I have to reset my password. However, the problem with this is that the email I used for my EA account is no longer in use. So when I tried to reset my password, it just sends the message to my old email that I have no access to since I changed email providers since then. Naturally, I tried talking with EA support; none of them helped me in the slightest. I tried getting help on Twitter. I tried getting help from EA support chat. I tried calling the EA support number but they didn't even pick up. I talked to three of them from EA support and they proved my efforts to be trivial. They just said, "Sorry we would like to help but can't". They asked me to provide verification but I can't provide that since I don't even remember the information I provided since I was so young and the only way I can find out that information is if I had access to my EA account. They also asked when the last time I bought a game from EA was but I have EA play so I never had to buy one. The only time I bought a game from EA was in middle school and it was a hard copy of Battlefield 1. I didn't keep the receipt. I would have if I knew I would've been caught up in this ludicrous situation. They want me to reset my password to update my credentials but I don't have access to that email so in order to change my account email they want me to show them my credentials. I'm just running in circles here.  Currently, I am typing this on a new EA account I created just to solve this problem. At this point, I feel like giving up and never playing an EA game again.
