How long do EA normally take to appeal a ban?

    Hi there. It can take several days to get a response from ToS. They'll email you when the investigation completes. If it's taking longer than a week, try submitting another dispute. Thanks!

    you will get an automated response saying they took the correct action even if they didn't , so don't hold your breath mate...
