EA banned my account telling that I am a cheater. This is ridiculous.

About a week ago, my account was banned for "cheating". I have never cheated on any computer, just wiped my PC about 2 months ago as I just graduated from college. I have no weird 3rd party programs or anything on my computer. I have no idea of anything that would've flagged the system as cheating. I mean honestly, I have like a 1.3 KD, if i'm going to cheat, my KD would be much higher than that lol, I don't even have a game where I have like more than 12 kills. 

Regardless, I wasn't super worried after the ban because I knew I had done nothing wrong and it was just going to be some hoops to jump through to get it resolved. Boy have I never been more wrong. I got a total of 3 replies from the great EA Help. All of them were practically identical in saying "We have preformed an investigation on your account and have decided to not reverse the decision." No explanation for what was done wrong, no insight so that I can prevent it from happening in the future, nothing, besides some bot saying it was looked into and that I had still cheated. You would think EA, a company that has been around forever, would actually care about the people that are playing their game and at least give have a human look into peoples accounts that have been banned without explanation, and give some sort of reasoning for what has happened. They can just freely take accounts, with pretty much monetary value, that was spent supporting THEIR game, without any explanation and the player base has to "deal" with it and make a new account and try not to break the rules again (when it was unclear how the rules were broken in the first place). 

Now after asking for help on this thread, I will get a generic reply from a "person" at EA like all of the other people similar to me that have had their accounts taken without any explanation. The reply will tell me to go to EA Help to seek help from a representative (bot). Where on my EA Help account, there isn't even an active or previous ban in my ban history, where I can look at it and see what rule was broken and what exactly EA thinks I did to cheat in the game. There is nothing there, but surely they have investigated it and I was in fact cheating. No ban history, nothing showing up in my current/previous bans, all I get is someone with a real name sending pre-typed messages that they send to every single person that gets falsely banned damn well knowing that there won't actually be any help for them and all their money and time they spent on that account are just gone, because nobody will actually research for them or look into their account to see that maybe it was a mistake by the system, and just maybe that all of these people complaining about being falsely banned are actually telling the truth and there is a flaw in the system that is catching something that it shouldn't be catching. But no, send every person on their way, nobody willing to help, just in hopes that they will go make a new account, spend money on more skins, and keep filling the higher up's pockets. 

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company in any regard to customer service. Except its much worse because my problem wasn't just that I was mistreated and not cared about by a company that relies on people playing it's games. The real problem is that money that I spent on their game to support them, is now just gone because EA, at any time, can just ban your account, and never actually has to tell you what they found, or what the problem was so that if you get a new account and spend more money, they can just keep doing the same thing over and over again. Disgraceful. 

EA has recently banned me for absolutely no reason on my account, I had another account which also got banned!!. this may seem as if I had cheats for the game and did this multiple times. on new accounts, but nooo. my skins, legends and weapon skins are little to none on my accounts, my last games show no suspicious activity whatsoever and they still don't unban me on my oldest account which I had spent money on, and today as of posting this they decide to ban my second account which I had spent around 34 dollars on and had it levelled up to around level 45. I have run deep scans on my computer, reinstalled my antivirus to check of any bugs and i saw absolutely no problems with them. but the 1 thing that concerned me was my windows defender which had a bug of not having the ability to turn it on, so I ended up turning this on via cmd, this made a thing pop up with every game that I played, GTA, Warzone, Valorant and of course Apex. saying that it had potential harm. I ended up resetting my windows and reinstalling all my games which were today. I ended up playing a couple of apex games 1 BR and 1 Arenas, then it proceeds to say that my client was banned. i have sent a ban appeal hoping for a fix to this but i have high concerns that it will take a while for EA to review it. it might even end up with the same fate as my first ever account. IDK what had happened and maybe the CMD command had tampered with apex files. Im just hoping that Respawn find enough positive evidence to improve my ban and hopefully, i can start playing again. 

yeah its just sad that they literally do not care about their playerbase at all. This is happening to so many people and they have no answers for anyone, they cant fathom the possibility that maybe their system is getting something wrong and there is an error in their detections.

While I can understand you disagree with the results of those investigations, you have not been receiving automated responses.

Each of your appeals was reviewed by a different member of our Terms of Service team, who independently went through our records to verify the action that was taken.

While certain replies may use a template, all these investigations were carried out manually by our ToS team. You'll see some standardized replies to ensure that the communications are consistent for those that find themselves in a specific situation, but that's not at all indicative that the situation wasn't extensively reviewed for you multiple times.

Ultimately these decisions are based on what can be verified in our records, so if the Terms of Service team has not found sufficient evidence to remove an action after multiple reviews, that's not something we'll be able to change or further speak to on the forums either, sorry.
