EA chat said to come to you Community Manager, pls help asap

Ever since the update on the 15th of sept.

All of my games have been (mind my language) but **bleep**, my keys are ghosting and sometimes they don't even register. And it's interesting that a small 9.7gb update can cause a whole pc to struggle and start ghosting. Please help ASAP, been trying to fix this for almost a DAY now.
