Hello EA´s support team, the reason for which I am connecting with you is because for some reason my PC account isnt able to play in online modes or atleast thats what the game says when I login to it.

I want to know whats happening, because I cant join any party with my friends now, and just 4 days ago I didnt have any problem with my account.

I already tried all the recomendations that the link in my title suggested and the problem keeps unsolved.

I would really appreciate your response to my problem.
