EA maximum device limit in 24 hours is 5

Hello, we have been experiencing a problem while using GeForce now to play ea titles. 

the problem occurs when closing the GeForce application or when GeForce changes the location of your device. both instances cause it to count as a new instance and can make it so it triggers the 5 device limit in a 24 hour period. is it possible to increase this limit in your policy possibly to 10-20 to stop this from occurring.
