EA support broke my account
Hello everyone! Today we will listen to how I have been crying for a week 🙂
Or the story of one helpless person.
1. Hacker hacked my EA account.
2. Hacker got two bans. (Apex Legends + EA account).
3. I contacted EA support via live-chat - they overturned bans. (screenshots)
4. EA support told me that everything is fine - bans are removed and I can play.
And from that moment my story begins:
After point 4, I decided to log in to the game, once - it went without problems. But repeated attempts only resulted in infinity loading circle.
I thought the problem was in my PC, IP or internet:
- did different steps to solve it: changed IP, DNS, VPN, reinstalled the game, reinstalled Windows
But everything was simpler - something is wrong with my account.
My account has infinity loading circle on my friends' computers too, they are located in different cities. (different IPs)
I tried to run my friends' accounts on my computer - they work without problems.
And one more interesting moment:
- I communicated with EA support via email (today I received an answer that I have an active ban - but there is none. Checked ea.com -> ban history)
- today ->:
I wrote to EA support via live-chat: and they said that I have no active bans.
I described the whole situation to them - and they said they would give the developers the information. But no one will tell me how they will solve my problem.
I can also record a video where I show the problem.
It's been a week. A week of tears and inability to play Apex.
If someone here can help me in any way - please, please tell me. Or give me a contact with whom I can write off.
I can even provide support with login, password, email and etc so that they can check my account.
Yes, the information about the ban history is on the screenshot.
You can always contact our TOS team through the form available here on our website.
